Simply clean and peel the prawns 🍤 and wash under running water. Keep aside and drain out the water. Stir-frying these with veggies is completely your choice. You may choose any veggies that you like or you may simply skip that. Just make sure not to overcook the veggies in case you add. To keep in the crunchy bites what makes this dish special. Slightly fried and raw veggies cooked with fully cooked prawns goes perfect. Into some oil sauté some thinly sliced ginger and then add some spring onions and chopped cabbage 🥬. Stir these for few seconds and then add the prawns 🍤 along with some sprinkles of salt, red chili 🌶 powder, and black pepper powder. Quickly Sauté few minutes into an open pan then cover and cook in low to medium flame for few minutes or until the prawns are cooked. Open the lid and stir the prawns. Into it then add the veggies that you like. For this preparation i choose to add some chopped bell peppers, broccoli 🥦 and some more chopped cabbage 🥬. Stir fry these for few minutes in low flame. Sprinkle some salt and pepper at this point if required. Drizzle teriyaki sauce slowly into it and start to mix. Add 2 teaspoon of rice vinegar into it and mix. Let these simmer and cook for few minutes into the sauce or until it gets thick and glossy and it’s all done ✅ . So quick and tasty. Enjoy this hot.
