- 4 cups Cabbage finely chopped

- 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
- 3 teaspoons or as per taste Salt
- 7 teaspoons Biryani masala readymade pack
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 Green chili chopped
- 7-10 strings Saffaron soaked in 1/4 cup of water for 10 minutes
- 2 tablespoons Clarified butter
- 2 and a 1/2 cups Water
- Some exta coriander leaves, mint leaves and biryani masala to sprinkle at the top
