Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Cabbage finely chopped
  • 3 cups Basmati rice
  • 2 medium Onions thin sliced
  • 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
  • 2 Red chilis whole
  • 1/2 inch Cinnaman stick
  • 2 Black cardamom
  • 6 Green cardamom
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
  • 3 teaspoons or as per taste Salt
  • 7 teaspoons Biryani masala readymade pack
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 Green chili chopped
  • 7-10 strings Saffaron soaked in 1/4 cup of water for 10 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons Clarified butter
  • 2 and a 1/2 cups Water
  • Some exta coriander leaves, mint leaves and biryani masala to sprinkle at the top
