Simple Pan-fried Fish (Mahi-Mahi fillet Wild Caught Sea Fish)

Sonali
Rinse the Mahi Mahi fish fillets nicely with warm water.
Pat dry with a kitchen towel and marinate the fish pieces with some dried turmeric powder, some salt, and red chili powder, hot or Kashmiri red chili powder, and freshly crushed black pepper powder (optional)
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Gently place the fish pieces in the hot oil, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until each side is golden brown; turn and cook for another 5 minutes, or until it is slightly browned. Remove the mahi-mahi fillet from the skillet, allowing any excess oil to pour back into the pan.
