In 2 cups of orange juice add dry fruits like 2 tablespoons of golden raisins, 1/3 cup of black raisins, 1/3 cup of tutti-fruity, 2 tablespoons of pistachios, 1/3 cup of chopped pecans, 12-13 frozen plums and bite sizes, 1/3 cup of almond flakes and 1/3 cup of cashews and cook in low to medium heat for about 10 - 12 minutes. Then turn off the flame and allow it to cool or until we mix the other ingredients.Into a bowl take 1/3 cup of yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 2/3 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, a few drops of orange essence, few drops of vanilla essence, and give these a mix. Then add 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, and mix.Next, Pour the fruit and the juice mixture into the flour mixture and mix well all together. Then start adding up all-purpose flour gradually into it. The flour used in total is 1 and 1/2 cups. Once the flour is mixed well and there are no lumps in the mixture add 1/3 cup of cocoa powder and the rest of the flour if left and give it a mix. Now add 1/3 cup of oil, 1/3 cup of prune juice, and 1/2 cup of holiday cherries and give these a final mix. Transfer the mixture into a greased pan preferably using a non-stick oven-safe container or use parchment paper below to the pan to avoid sticking. Baking Pan size 9 inches, non-stick, and oven safe.Baking ~Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes approx. Baking time may vary a little bit for the different ovens. So better check in between during baking the cake. Simply insert a toothpick or a fork, if it comes out clean then the cake has completely baked and is good to take it out.
