Glazed Pineapple icing made with fresh pineapples. Smooth and silky texture

Wash, clean and chop pineapples into smaller pieces and blend to form a paste out of it. In 1 cup of water add sugar 1/4 cup and squeeze out some lemon juice to avoid crystalization. Give it a quick mix. Immediately add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix before the water gets hot. Once the cornstarch is mixed well and no lumps you see immediately add 1 cup pineapple pure to it and mix. Cook a few minutes by frequent stirring.
Gradually the mixture starts to get thicker. Towards the end add a few drops of orange gel food coloring and mix. Just a few drops make an egg york, yellow color, or say a moon color. At last, once the mixture achieves a jelly consistency add a teaspoon of butter for gloss and a few drops of pineapple essence. Give it a mix and transfer it to another container. Allow it to cool completely before icing.
