Preparing the base for the cabbage pie ~To prepare the base we need to mix 1 cup of All-purpose flour with some salt π§, pepper powder, green or red chili powder and give a quick mix to these dry ingredients. Then gradually add 1 cup of water and start to mix. Also add 3 lightly beaten eggs π₯ into this and continue to mix in order to combine these and form a batter. Mixing the other ingredients with the base or batter ~Into this batter or base we need to add 1 cup of bell peppers π«, mushrooms π cut into small pieces 1 cup, 3 full cups of cabbage chopped, 1 medium sliced jalapeΓ±os, chopped coriander leaves π 1/4 cup, salt π§ 1 teaspoon or per taste, black pepper powder, some oregano πΏ leaves dried or fresh. Mix up these ingredients very well and let it rest 2 to 5 minutes. Mix the mixture just before pouring into the baking pan to bake. Topping and baking the pie ~Finally pour this mixture into the baking pan by applying some oil into the base of the pan. Spread and set nicely with the help of a spoon π₯ or a spatula. Tuck few medium sliced tomatoes π in between, then cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese π§ by topping up with some pepperonis. Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese melts out completely and turns nice and golden brown in color.
