Potato Pancakes with Cheese

Potato Pancakes with Cheese. Super easy breakfast recipe and tasty. Simply melts into the mouth.

Wash and clean 4 medium-sized potatoes 🥔 and peel the skin of these. Cut them into slices and steam 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes softens. Mash these using folk as these are too hot to touch initially :) Sprinkle some salt 🧂, red chili powder 1 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, coriander leaves 🍃 3 tablespoons, and Almond flour 1/3 cup. Mix and mash these until a soft and smooth mixture is ready. Grab out some portions and shape them as smooth and softballs. Make some space in the center of each potato ball and fill in some mozzarella cheese as required. Close the openings of the potato balls. Slightly press to flatten these to shape them up like pancakes. Prepare all together. Heat some oil into the pan and shallow fry them until turns golden brown in color. Fry both sides equally by flipping and turning them up gently as they are too soft initially. Later they tighten up a little bit and are easy to move:) Hope this helps.

  • 4 medium sized Potatoes (steamed)
  • 1 cup or as required Mozerella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon or as required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Choriander leaves
  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • Oil to shallow fry these

Notes

Points to remember:
  • You may use any other flour in place of almond flour.
  • Make sure to mix and mash the ingredients nice and smooth
  • The oil should be medium hot once you start dropping up the pancakes.
