This pizza ๐ is prepared using 2 cups of 100 % whole wheat and 1 cup of All-purpose flour combined with a Yeast water mixture that is prepared using some sugar, salt, water, and oil mixed and combined well to form a dough. The dough is being kneaded well for few minutes and then being rested for a minimum of 2 hours preferably in a warm damp place allowing the yeast to work well in a suitable atmosphere.
