Vegetable Manchurian dry, is the appetizer recipe which is very famous and fun to make. It’s basically a combination of vegetables that are being finely chopped and mixed with some base ingredient to form a thick batter and out of which small balls are being prepared. Then these vegetable balls are being deep-fried until turn nice and golden brown in color. Looks beautiful and delicious 🤤 I must say. I personally enjoy these even without any sauce or gravy as a teatime snack 🙂
