Ground Turkey Recipe with Chili and garlic. A stir-fried ground turkey recipe

To start with the recipe use a frying pan and warm up 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Into it add ground turkey and spread it nicely all over the pan. Continue to cook the turkey by frequent stirring and soon it will start to crumble up and the meat turns white and you will see no more pink. Also, it starts to release water, which will dry up when gradually being cooked on low to medium flame. Once done keep these aside and move on to the next step.
Into a frying pan heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and add minced garlic. Stir-fry the garlic until turns slightly turn brown in color. Next, add the chopped onions and stir-fry the opinions until translucent. Then add Red chili powder teaspoons for color, some black peppercorns, give these a mix, then add some freshly crushed red chili flakes, as per taste. Saute in low to medium flame for a few minutes. Then add bell peppers and quickly stir to mix.
At this point add the cooked ground turkey and mix. Continue to cook stir and cook for a few minutes. In between sprinkle some salt and give it a mix. Next, add chopped tomatoes and mix. Cover and cook for a few minutes keeping the flame low. Stir in between and cook until done.

  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Minced
  • 1 large sized Onion (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Red Chili powder for color
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper crushed
  • 1 medium Bell pepper green
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • Salt as per taste
