Apple Pie Recipe

Quickly grab some apples, π red or green. Shred the skin off and cut into thin slices. Into a bowl crack 2 large eggs π₯ and into it then add 1/3 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Lightly beat the eggs π₯. Then pour this mixture on top of the sliced apples π and mix well. Into it then add 1/4 cup of All-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 2 tablespoons of softened butter and mix nicely. Let the mixture rest 2 minutes or until you prepare the crispy crumbs for the toppings.
To prepare the crispy crumbs for the apple pie toppings we need to mix in 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/2 a cup of brown sugar, pinch π€ of nutmeg ground, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 2 OZ I.e. 1/4 cup or use about a half of the butter π§ from the stick and mix and combine these well with hands π. The mixture looks slightly moist and forms shape once pressed in between the palms. Itβs when you know it is perfect and would bake well forming crispy crumbs on the top of your pie which tastes amazing π€©
