Chocolate Cake for birthday

Sonali
Beat two large eggs until smooth and keep them aside. Sieve in some dry ingredients like All-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt and keep aside. Into a large bowl take some warm milk and add sugar. Mix in the sugar nicely then add some oil, butter, and the beaten 2 eggs into it. Give it a mix. Then add the dry ingredients gradually into the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Into this mixture then add some vanilla essence for flavor and some warm or hot water and give it a final mix. The batter looks easy to flow and runny. Pour the batter into a cake tin and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
For the Chocolate frosting, we need whipping cream. Into it add icing sugar and beat 2 minutes initially. Then add cocoa powder and beat until stiff peaks. Level up the top of the cake by cutting or shredding it out and then simply spread the frosting using a butter knife or an icing spatula and level up the frosting all around. Use colorful sprinkles to decorate.
