I love 🥰 trying this recipe again and again at home whenever I crave some spicy and delicious treat on my plate for dinner or maybe for lunch. This curry is prepared using a lot of wonderful aromatic whole Indian spices along with lots of curry leaves and coconut 🥥 milk, which makes it so aromatic and flavorful full I must say. If you keep these spices handy you can prepare this curry anytime at home. And also in place of chicken, you may use this curry for anything else that you want like fish or maybe paneer. It would be amazing too 🙂

Tandoori Masala chicken. An oven-baked boneless chicken thigh piece. Which is being marinated with tandoori masala and other spices mixed with yogurt and left for a few hours before being baked. Then cooked and sautéed in sliced and fried onions 🧅 until the extra water that oozes out from the chicken reduced and the gravy gets thicker and more delicious 😋 I know this sounds very interesting 🤨 but you know what? Not that this is just interesting, It’s actually very delicious as well. Also, very little oil could be used to prepare this recipe.
