FUNNEL CAKE RECIPE

These are deep-fried cake prepared by using a funnel-shaped opening piping bag. I am using a ziplock bag by cutting it in one corner. This is prepared by simply heating up the oil and squeezing the batter in a zig-zag swirly motion. Frying both sides equally is important. Fry both sides until golden brown in color. Server these amazingly fluffy and soft cakes on a paper plate sprinkled with vanilla sugar and ground cinnamon powder and served with cherry 🍒 sauce and lightly whipped cream on the top.
