Quick teatime snack/ 1 ingredient/ Red Lentil fritters/ 2 cups of Lentils makes 40 fritters
Quick and easy tea time snack, which serves 5 easily I must say. Soak red lentils ( Masoor Dhal ) in water for 2 hours. After 2 hours these become slightly softer. Grind these coarser with some salt, and peppers 🌶 (red or black) and you may also add some more spices or fresh herbs 🌿 into it to add some extra flavors as per choice 🙂 Once the mixture is ready, take small portions and deep fry them into hot oil until turn crispy crunchy, and golden brown in color. Enjoy these hot along with some chutneys or sauces of choice:)
