Chocolate Cake without sugar along with no sugar Ganache is simply delicious. It is so easy and quick to prepare. The chocolate cake base is natural sweet that comes from the bananas and without using any flour to it this cake is so light and fluffy. I could not have believed it until I have tried this I must say. One thing is sure that this is a healthy chocolate cake that anyone can enjoy without feeling guilty:) The Ganache sweetness comes from the jaggery which tastes perfect and goes well with this cake base.
